Terms and conditions

1. Subject

These Terms and Conditions govern the booking and participation in wine tours organized by Vintage Provence (hereinafter “the Organizer”).

2. Bookings and Payments

The booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit indicated by the Organizer in the registration form sent to the client.

The balance must be paid by the date specified in the registration form.

Prices are indicated in euros, per person, and are VAT-exempt pursuant to Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (VAT not applicable).

Prices include exclusively the services specified in the tour description and in the registration form sent to the client.

Anything not expressly indicated as included (e.g., beverages outside tastings, winery purchases, personal expenses, lunches and dinners except those specified in the registration form, etc.) is considered excluded.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations up to 31 days before the tour: full refund of the deposit.

Cancellations between 30 and 16 days: 50% refund.

Cancellations within 15 days of the tour date or no-show: no refund.

The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or modify the tour due to force majeure (adverse weather conditions, strikes, safety issues, wineries’ inability to receive visitors). In such cases, a full refund or an alternative date will be offered.

4. Liability

The Organizer ensures the proper execution of the program but shall not be held responsible for accidents, loss of personal belongings, or damage resulting from participants’ behavior. Participants are strongly advised to take out personal travel insurance covering possible injuries, accidents, or medical expenses.

Alcohol consumption is reserved for persons over 18 years of age. Participants are responsible for drinking in moderation.

5. Transport

To ensure a smooth experience, the Organizer manages the logistics of transfers between the various tour stops. This logistical service may be provided:

• By duly authorized third-party providers (taxi, VTC/private hire vehicles, tourist transport operators), booked on behalf of the Client.

• On an occasional and ancillary basis, by the Organizer using their private vehicle, offered as a courtesy and convenience for the group.

Under no circumstances does the use of the Organizer’s private vehicle constitute a public or private paid transport service. The Organizer does not hold and is not required to hold a transport license (taxi/VTC). By accepting these Terms, the client acknowledges and accepts this condition.

The Organizer shall not be held responsible for delays caused by external factors (traffic, roadworks, accidents, weather conditions, inspections, strikes), nor for any consequences such delays may have on the tour schedule.

6. Program Modifications

The Organizer reserves the right to modify the itinerary while maintaining the overall quality of the experience, in case of logistical or organizational necessity.

7. Privacy

Personal data provided by participants will be used exclusively for purposes related to the organization of the tours, in compliance with applicable data protection regulations (GDPR).

8. Participation Conditions

Minimum age: 18 years.

Participants must be in a health condition compatible with travel, walking, and tastings.

The Organizer reserves the right to exclude participants who compromise the proper conduct of the tour or the safety of the group.

9. Jurisdiction

Any dispute shall fall under the jurisdiction of the Court of the place where the Organizer has its registered office.
